Muvee Reveal: Take Your Home Videos to the Next Level

I won muvee Reveal at Blissdom during the Mom it Forward event. muvee Reveal, a new generation of movie editing software,  helps take your home videos to the next level. Easy to use and doesn’t crash your computer every time you open it like other software ala Windows Moviemaker.

muvee Reveal automatically detects motions, faces, where to make cuts and apply transitions. Focusing on the user’s magical moments, it can synch them to the beat of chosen music. You can really capture the emotion and add a professional touch to your home videos. Plus, it is just fun!

You can make your own muvee in four simple steps:

  1. Add Photos and Videos.
  2. Choose a style.
  3. Select Music.
  4. Press Play.

If you want to go further, you can splice videos into multiple clips, add captions, titles, credits, choose from 8 predefined styles, and much more. Using Magic Moments you can easily edit your videos to remove any clips you don’t want. It is so quick and simple to use compared to other programs I’ve used in the past.

I’ve been using Muvee Reveal for several months now and have had time to play around with it. If you do any movie editing, it is well worth paying for this software as the Window Media Maker just can not compare. I would get so frustrated with WMM that I would just give up.

Here’s a fun video I put together after a high school basketball game this winter when one of our players dunked it!

I also did a product review:  EarCheck Monitor Review using muvee Reveal.

The absolute only drawback to Muvee Reveal is it requires Windows Vista or XP. We now have a Mac so I have to switch computers to use it!

I think that I am hesitant to make an “edited” video because the process seems so daunting! If this is as easy as you say it is, it’s worth looking into! Thanks!

Wow, this looks super cool. I had heard about the software before, but had never looked at a review, glad to see you like it!
