After opening a can of Slim Jims, we realized there was a sealed package with no Slim Jim in it and another package with two in it. So we called ConAgra Foods customer service. We did have quite a wait – around 20 minutes. However, once we were able to talk to customer service, they were very helpful and friendly. We received (2) coupons for free products within just a couple of days. I give their customer service very high marks.
I highly recommend contacting customer service when a product does not meet your satisfaction or when it exceeds your expectations. Most companies will send out replacement items or replacement coupons. Hopefully, legitimate complaints help them to improve their product and they keep making the products we love with compliments.
