Introducing the Evil Raisin: Sunmaid Milk Chocolate Raisins

by Briana on February 14, 2009 · 12 comments

Ever had these? They are almost addicting as lipbalm. Yummy little bites of milky chocolate with just enough nutritional value from the raisins for you justify eating a whole container. No, I didn’t get a chance to eat the whole container, that would have been rude at a baby’s 1st Birthday Party. I did however, eat several handfuls of this yummy goodness. They just slide right now with a creamy smooth feeling. (I’m ignoring the calorie count for now but if you want to eat these sensibly – stick to 30 pieces or so!)

You can read more about the health benefits of these yummy little treats at Sunmaid.

I love foods that are sinfully delicious but also have a tad bit of nutritive value!! But, it’s a slippery slope… :)

Thanks for sharing!

I couldn’t agree more! They’re so tasty it’s hard to stop eating them. But I do have a waistline I like to be able to find so 30 pieces it is. ;)

I have tried these, and they are WICKED! And yes, I did justify eating more than I should have by saying, well, it is fruit! BTW, have you tried their yogurt covered raisins? It’s fruit and yogurt by name, how bad can that be ;-)

I can’t wait to try these yummy treats. I travel a lot and these will be very handy to throw into a baggy and carry in my purse or work bag.

I’m glad to know I’m not the only one with this problem! I have a MAJOR chocolate problem anyway…almost ranks as high as my lipbalm addiction…so at least these things have some nutritional value! :)
