Whenever I make breakfast for dinner, I’m the best mommy in the world. I get hugs, kisses, love yous. You would think I had taken them to Disney World or something! Nope, since we haven’t been to Disney, apparently pancakes for dinner is the next best thing to them.

So besides using the Sneaky Chef tactics, there is a new pancake mix from Fiber One. It has over 20% of your daily value of fiber and 25% of your daily calcium. So even when your kids smother it with syrup it is packed with more than regular pancakes.

So can eating pancakes help you lose weight? Probably not if you drench in butter and syrup. I do know eating foods high in fiber can help satisfy your appetite.
