Yoplait Yo Plus Yogurt

by Briana on February 12, 2009 · 31 comments

After receiving a free coupon to try Yoplait Yo Plus, I sent my husband to the store to pick up  newest flavor -  Blueberry Acaí.  Yo-Plus is a creamy, fruit-flavored yogurt with live and active probiotic cultures that help regulate your digestive health year-round. He grabbed the last package of the Blueberry Acaí variety at our local grocery.

This Blueberry Acai tastes delish – just like blueberries. It doesn’t taste fake or leave a sour or bitter aftertaste in your mouth. It is just yummy deliciousness! My daughter, husband, and I all tried this and loved it. The probiotic in this yogurt, Bifidobacterium, is safe for even infants. Bonus: Yo-Plus also is a good source of fiber, calcium and vitamins A & D.

I think the best health advice is to walk, walk, and walk some more and eat lots of fruits and vegetables – stay away from processed foods.

I discovered Blueberry Acai Yo Plus a couple of weeks ago when it was on sale at Kroger and I used a couple of Qs to try it – I love it! My fridge is well stocked with it now.

I love yoplait for my meal at lunch time and as a dessert. It’s so easy just to throw a container of it in my lunch bag with a piece of fruit for lunch.

I know that acai is one of the newly acclaimed nutritional “miracle foods” and I am eager to try it. How wonderful that it is paired with another nutritional superstar – the blueberry. I can’t wait to try Yoplait Yo Plus Blueberry Acai. After reading your review, I know it’s delicious!

I want to try this, but I’m worried about the texture. You know how some of the “healthy” yogurt is kinda gritty? I’ll have to see how this stuff measures up.

I am not a huge fan of the texture of yogurt. I am always looking for new flavors that will overshadow the texture. I will have to try this one out to see if it does the trick.
